Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA care in clients' homes, under BCBA direction. You will collect data, monitor progress, and help families implement treatment plans in a fast-paced, supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience providing support to children with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities as children move during sessions.
