Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in the United States is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment teams, providing 1-1 ABA services under BCBA supervision to children with ASD from birth to age 21. The role offers flexible part-time/evening hours and paid training to help you implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with ASD preferred but not required
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Provide 1-1 treatment in home-based settings under BCBA supervision
Collect data to monitor progress and report results
Support BCBA with training families on implementation of treatment plans
Engage clients with engaging, creative activities
Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and others
Be responsive to the needs of clients and families
