Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team for 1-on-1 home-based treatment in the New York area. You will work with clients under the supervision of BCBAs and help implement individualized behavioral plans designed for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans and report progress.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans with BCBA support.
• Respond to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with activities to keep pace with children 2–15 years old.
