Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA treatment in clients' homes, under BCBA supervision. You will collect progress data and help families implement treatment plans with support from a clinical team.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, paid training, and a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on improving outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality understood.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
