Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide 1-1 treatment in clients' homes, under BCBA supervision, and help implement personalized behavioral plans.

Roles involve data collection, progress reporting, and guiding families in applying strategies. This position offers flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment focused on improving outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to follow instructions and document information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and others involved.
• Assist with safety and mobility during sessions with children aged 2-15.
