Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in clients' homes under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes flexible part-time hours, data collection, and direct interaction with children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality and proper handling of client information required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
