Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team in New Jersey. In this role you will provide 1-on-1 ABA services in clients' homes under the supervision of BCBAs, delivering structured treatment plans for children from birth to 21 years old.

Flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment are offered. You will help families implement plans and monitor progress while maintaining strong communication with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to follow directions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with families and team members.
• Willingness to participate in HIPAA compliance and privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in the home to implement ABA plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA in training families on treatment plans.
• Maintain communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with safe, active engagement of children during sessions.
