Job summary

DuraFleet Phoenix is seeking a driven part-time Fleet Services Salesperson to join our Phoenix, AZ team. You will prospect, consult, and close B2B fleet service deals, building a strong pipeline and managing client relationships.

The role offers a flexible schedule with earnings composed of an hourly base plus commission, and opportunities for performance bonuses. A valid driver's license and CRM familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably B2B or fleet services.
• Ability to work independently on a part-time schedule.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of fleet management or commercial vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new fleet services clients.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client fleet needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of B2B fleet accounts in the Phoenix metro area.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity in CRM.
• Collaborate with the fleet services team to onboard clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed part-time sales targets and benchmarks.
