Job summary

Ford Pro Fleet Sales Specialist is a remote field-based role targeting the Phoenix area, responsible for driving parts and service growth for Ford Pro across dealership networks. You will contact existing customers and prospect new fleets, aiming to meet monthly sales quotas and expand fleet/PS growth while traveling with local reps.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commission-based sales, 2+ years in Salesforce, and 1+ year in automotive sales, with a competitive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years commission-based sales experience.
• 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce.
• 1+ years of automotive sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive parts and service growth for Ford Pro to dealerships and networks.
• Contact existing Ford Pro customers and prospect new fleets for parts and service.
• Achieve monthly quotas for Ford Pro products and services.
• Contribute to growth of conquest fleets and project-based bids.
• Travel with dealership outside sales reps to engage customers.
