Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a part-time Fleet Maintenance Clerk to support the maintenance team. You will schedule preventive maintenance for Waste Pro vehicles, order parts, maintain maintenance data and generate reports for management.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience; familiarity with Waste Pro software and MS Office is preferred. You will work in a shop environment with routine inventory tasks and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of related work experience preferred in waste/trucking.
• Desire to learn Waste Pro proprietary software applications.
• Computer proficiency—MS Office, data entry, fleet management software and email.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedules preventive maintenance for Waste Pro vehicles and orders required parts.
• Files repair orders, DVIRs and safety forms.
• Enters maintenance data daily and verifies accuracy.
• Orders parts requested by night and day shifts with manager approval.
• Maintains and stocks parts inventory, including cycle counting.
• Receives, labels, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics and supervisors.
• Reviews time cards for accuracy and informs supervisor of corrections.
• Produces productivity and usage reports for management.
• Follows safety policies and performs other duties as assigned.
