Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 months related work experience.
• Experience in the waste or trucking industry is preferred.
• Desire and ability to learn Waste Pro proprietary software.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, data entry, Fleet Management software and email.

Responsibilities

• Schedules Preventive Maintenance for Waste Pro vehicles and orders required parts for maintenance services.
• Files the repair orders, safety lane forms and DVIRs (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports).
• Enters maintenance-related data into the system daily and verifies information entered by mechanics.
• Orders parts requested by night and day shifts with shop manager approval.
• Maintains parts inventory including cycle counting and stocking.
• Receives, labels, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics, supervisors and managers.
• Assists shop manager by reviewing staff time cards for missed punches and noting corrections.
• Produces productivity and usage reports for management.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
