Waste Pro is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Clerk in Sanford, FL to support the maintenance team by scheduling preventive maintenance, ordering parts, maintaining maintenance system data, and producing reports for management. The role requires strong organization and data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities include scheduling PM for Waste Pro vehicles, ordering parts, filing DVIRs and repair orders, maintaining parts inventory, and assisting the shop manager with time-card accuracy and productivity

Formación

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize work with speed and accuracy.
• Experience with fleet maintenance software and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules preventive maintenance for Waste Pro vehicles and orders needed parts.
• Files repair orders, DVIRs, and safety lane forms.
• Enters maintenance data daily and verifies accuracy.
• Maintains parts inventory and conducts cycle counts.
• Receives, labels, stocks and dispenses parts to staff.
• Assists supervisor in reviewing time cards for accuracy.
• Produces productivity and usage reports for management.
• Follows all safety policies and performs other duties as assigned.
