Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. seeks a Parts Clerk to support the maintenance team by scheduling preventive maintenance, ordering parts, and maintaining parts inventory. The role includes data entry, verification, and reporting to management.

Responsibilities include handling repair orders, DVIRs, and safety forms, while ensuring accurate parts distribution to mechanics and staff. Strong computer skills and an ability to learn Waste Pro software are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with at least 6 months related work experience.
Must be willing to learn Waste Pro proprietary software applications.
Computer proficiency in MS Office, data entry, fleet management software and email.

Responsibilities

Schedule Preventive Maintenance for Waste Pro vehicles and order required parts.
File repair orders, safety lane forms and DVIRs.
Enter maintenance-related data daily and verify accuracy.
Order parts requested by night and day shifts with manager approval.
Maintain parts inventory including cycle counts.
Receive, label, stock and dispense parts to mechanics and supervisors.
Assist shop manager with time card reviews and corrections as needed.
Produce productivity and usage reports for management.
Follow safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
