Biltmore in Asheville, NC is seeking a part-time server to coordinate table service for guests, working 20-29 hours per week across 6:30am–9:00pm shifts.

You will deliver gracious hospitality, present and pour wine, upsell menu items, and collaborate with front and back of house to maintain world-class dining. Prior fine-dining experience and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months of fine-dining/upscale restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and work nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Mansioni

• Process guest orders to ensure timely preparation.
• Present, open, and pour wine.
• Observe diners and respond to requests; ensure satisfaction.
• Total bills and process payments.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and beverages; upsell.
• Operate POS system per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, pressed uniform and appearance.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Assist with bussing and clearing tables.
• Complete side duties before shift end; prepare for next meal.
