Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver a premier eye-care shopping experience. You will help customers select frames, apply prescriptions, and coordinate measurements with the Optician to ensure accurate fittings.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining store standards, and fostering a friendly, inclusive environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic math.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced store environment.
• Ability to meet sales goals with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives by nurturing existing customers and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with the Optician.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory, and displays; foster professional relationships with staff and doctors.
