LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and drive eyewear sales. You will assist customers with frame and lens selections, use prescriptions to recommend solutions, and partner with an optician to ensure accurate measurements and fitting.

The role emphasizes delivering a high-quality shopping experience, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a welcoming team environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to use POS systems and basic calculations to complete sales and transactions.
• Strong communication, reliability and willingness to learn eyewear product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customers and building new relationships.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with measurements to suit individual vision needs.
• Take measurements with appropriate optical tools and consult with an optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and staff.
• Maintain store appearance, displays and inventory in an organized, attractive manner.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
