Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye-care experiences. You will help customers with frame selection, explain prescriptions, and drive sales while maintaining store appearance and accuracy in transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Willingness to learn new technology and adapt quickly.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and build professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Maintain the appearance of store displays and inventory, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
