LensCrafters is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in eyewear and eye care. You will use prescriptions to guide lens selections, assist customers with frame choices, and coordinate measurements with the Optician.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with measurements for perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
