LensCrafters is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye-care shopping experiences. You will help customers select frames, use prescriptions to advise on lenses and coatings, and support measurement processes with the Optician team.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years retail or customer service experience.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic math.
• Able to learn new technology with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales and meet company objectives.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Take measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and teamwork.
• Keep displays and inventory organized and presentable.
• Foster an inclusive culture with respectful interactions.
