Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding eye care and eyewear experiences. You will leverage prescription knowledge to recommend lenses and coatings, assist customers in choosing frames, and coordinate measurements with the Optician to ensure precise vision solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell using sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales results by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Support inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
