Job summary

LensCrafters is recruiting a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences. You will leverage optical prescriptions to guide frame and lens choices, assist customers with measurements, and collaborate with the Optician to ensure accurate solutions.

In this role you’ll maintain a welcoming store, handle POS transactions, and drive sales while meeting performance goals. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential, with a commitment to inclusive service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Familiar with point-of-sale systems and basic math.
• Ability to adapt to new technology with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and meet company objectives by building relationships.
• Recommend lenses and coatings using optical prescriptions.
• Assist customers with frame selection and measurements.
• Take measurements and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships.
• Keep displays and inventory organized and neat.
• Treat customers and colleagues with respect to foster inclusion.
