Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and customer service. You will help customers choose frames and lenses, take measurements, and assist with fitting while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Strong communication and multitasking skills support daily sales goals. Prior retail experience is a plus; POS familiarity is expected for smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort with POS and basic tech tools; accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality service and meet sales objectives.
• Assist customers in frame and lens selection.
• Take measurements and coordinate with Optician as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and store environment.
• Foster inclusive, respectful customer interactions with peers and management.
• Support bonus/commission plan where offered.
