Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eyewear experiences. You will help customers select frames, discuss lens options, and coordinate measurements with the Optician to tailor solutions.

As part of Luxottica, you’ll join a global community, with focus on quality care, commissions/bonus potential, and opportunities to grow within a vibrant retail environment at Store # 00A681 LensCrafters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computing tools.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assists patients in selecting frames and coordinates frames with measurements to offer vision solutions.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Contributes to a positive store environment and fosters professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Maintains store displays, inventory, and cleanliness, ensuring an attractive environment.
• Supports an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
