Job summary

TaxBit is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support multiple executives, including the CEO, with calendar management across global time zones and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on process improvements, project tracking, and event coordination to advance strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in similar roles, strong communication, and experience using AI-driven tools to streamline operations and drive impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total experience in an Executive BP, executive assistant, or similar role.
• Experience supporting multiple executives with prompt, proactive communication.
• Data-forward with data visualization skills in Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools; proficient in Excel functions including basic formulas, charts, pivot tables, and v-lookups.
• Experience implementing AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini), custom prompts, and automated workflows within the Executive Business Partner function to optimize operations and workflows.
• Extraordinary attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership team in calendar management across global time zones with the CEO as the primary responsibility.
• Assist with business workflow management, including delegation, organization, and presentation of business objectives and outcomes.
• Track key programs, project portfolio progress, data management, milestones, and OKRs/KPIs.
• Contribute to team cohesion by organizing offsites, production materials, and tracking progress for events.
• Partner with Corporate Engineering to ensure technical services meet TaxBit’s expectations.
• Continuously improve the role’s design and impact as TaxBit scales; operate with humility and rigor.
