Job summary

Taxbit is seeking an Executive Business Partner for a part-time, eight-month contract in San Francisco to support senior leadership. You will manage calendars across time zones, drive efficient workflows, and help execute strategic initiatives while modeling Taxbit’s culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an Executive BP, executive assistant, or similar role.
• Data-forward with strong data visualization skills in Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with departmental leaders and executives.
• Experience implementing AI-driven tools within the Executive Business Partner function to optimize operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple members of the Taxbit leadership team in calendar management across global time zones with the CEO as primary.
• Communicate promptly and proactively via internal channels.
• Assist with business workflow management, including delegation, organization, and presentation of objectives and outcomes.
• Organize production materials and track progress for successful event execution.
• Partner with Corporate Engineering to ensure technical services meet expectations.
• Continuously improve role design and impact as Taxbit scales.
