Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati Inc is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join our team. Under the supervision of the Club Director, you will support attendance records, manage membership intake, and greet members and guests with a positive, professional demeanor.

This part-time role requires accuracy in cash handling, maintenance of logs, and collaboration with staff. Proficiency with KidTrax or similar systems, strong communication, and a customer-focused attitude are essential for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year data entry experience; 3 years preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Experience with youth programs is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and membership records accurately.
• Balance cash box when applicable and collect program payments.
• Greet members and the public with a positive, welcoming demeanor.
• Administer membership intake and related documentation.
• Collect pick-up cards to enforce Safe Passage policy.
• Answer phone calls and assist Club guests.
• Ensure visitors and volunteers scan in and are identified with ID badges.
• Process payments for programs and maintain payment logs.
• Monitor and operate the public address system.
