Boys & Girls Clubs of Kentuckiana (BGCK) is seeking a part-time Membership Coordinator to manage the front desk and membership records at the Shawnee Club. You will greet members, process applications, and support staff to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred college coursework. One year of youth supervision experience is expected within BGCK or a similar organization.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum one year of work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar setting with youth supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate front desk and maintain membership records.
• Greet members and provide courteous customer service.
• Process membership applications and data entry for member system.
• Support staff and Club Director with administrave tasks as needed.
