Shifts include Fridays 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, Saturdays 7:00 AM–2:00 PM, Sundays 1/month 8a-1p &/or 1-5p, plus Monday and Tuesday evenings. Requires 18+, HS diploma or GED, and strong computer/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service at the Member Services Desk.
• Handle membership sales, changes, cancellations, and registrations accurately.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective members and guests.
• Answer phone inquiries with professional, helpful communication.
• Process monetary transactions and reconcile cash daily.
• Build relationships with members and proactively resolve issues.
