• One year of related experience is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, including typing and accurate use of the Property Management System (PMS).
• Strong communication and attention to detail; able to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and perform check-in/check-out procedures.
• Confidently share the hotel’s history with guests.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations; answer inquiries and provide local recommendations.
• Coordinate guest requests with other departments and manage front desk emails.
• Resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional, timely manner.
