Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing fields is preferred.

• Effective listening and conflict resolution abilities are essential.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Desire to provide hospitality and guest service to all guests.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied shifts.

• Maintain up-to-date understanding of room rates and promotions.
• Handle incoming mail per daily shift checklist.
