Zusammenfassung

Equip Health is seeking an Admissions Inquiry Representative I to handle inbound patient inquiries by phone, email, or other forms, provide program information, discuss insurance/finances, and hand off to a Specialist. You will document calls and input data into platforms.

The role is part-time (20 hours/week) with hours Mon-Fri 4:00 PM–8:00 PM EST to support coverage. Ideal candidates have strong organizational and multitasking skills, customer service or call center experience, and comfort

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in call center, customer service, or patient scheduling.

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, or web forms.
• Provide program information and discuss insurance/finances.
• Route inquiries to appropriate departments and document calls.
• Schedule patient screening appointments and conduct reminder calls.
• Support patients/families and resolve requests in one contact when possible.
• Input data into various platforms and systems.
