Job summary

Equip Health, a leading virtual eating disorder treatment program, seeks an Admissions Inquiry Representative I to manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, or other forms. You will provide program information, discuss insurance and finances, and hand off interested families to the Specialist.

You will document calls and support a growing startup environment. The ideal candidate has strong organizational, customer service, and sales skills, and is comfortable with ambiguity as processes evolve.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Experience with high-volume inbound calls.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Organized and results-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiry calls, emails, web forms, and provide live information to patients and families.
• Route inquiries to appropriate departments and respond quickly.
• Collect patient information and input data into platforms.
• Schedule screenings and conduct reminder calls for patients and families.
• Resolve requests in one contact where possible and manage more complex issues.
