Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs and occasional 32–50 lbs.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on customer service and safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes per procedures.
• Support donors across varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
