• 90% of tasks may require glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and help implement changes to center processes.
