BioLife Plasma Services in Thornton, CO is seeking an entry-level Medical Customer Service/Phlebotomist. You will greet donors, screen for safety, and perform phlebotomy while using the donor information system to document vital signs, finger sticks, and donor compensation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
Ability to stand/walk during shifts and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfort with glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
Screen new and repeat donors; take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
Support donors across varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
