Job summary

BioLife is hiring a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist in Thornton, CO. The role offers 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, and paid interactive training. You will support plasma center operations and patient care with a strong customer-service focus.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager, screen donors, record vital signs, and use the Donor Information System while assisting with donor compensation and center process improvements.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Maintain diverse shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
