Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomist to support our donation center operations in Thornton, CO. You will greet donors, perform screening, and collect plasma while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include documenting vital signs, recording finger sticks, using the Donor Information System, and coordinating donor compensation. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required to meet center needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing role preferred.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts; maintain records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes using approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
