Job summary
CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our client onsite in Chicago, IL, delivering Level 2 end-user support in a Windows enterprise environment. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, manage incidents in ServiceNow, support Microsoft 365 apps, Active Directory, VPN, Intune, and SCCM, and assist with device deployments and imaging.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of enterprise desktop support experience.
- Strong experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Hands-on hardware/software break/fix and incident management.
- Experience using ServiceNow for incidents and requests.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 apps and AD/VPN connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite Level 2 desktop support for devices and peripherals.
- Diagnose hardware/software issues and perform break/fix repairs.
- Install and support enterprise software and Windows OS, plus M365 apps.
- Manage incidents in ServiceNow, document resolutions, and meet SLAs.
- Assist with Active Directory, VPN connectivity, and endpoint management tools.
