Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Technician to join our client’s team onsite in Greenwood, SC. You will be the primary local resource supporting end users, desktop systems, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and site infrastructure initiatives.

You’ll provide deskside support, troubleshoot Windows OS, deliver MS 365 support, and assist with account access and device setup in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop/end-user support experience.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365.
• Familiar with ITSM ticketing platforms and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside hardware/software support.
• Troubleshoot Windows and peripheral devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and account setup.
• Assist end users and provide VIP support if needed.
• Coordinate with site teams for device imaging and deployment.
