Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support to resolve complex or escalated tech issues.
- Ensure daily operation of applications and equipment; troubleshoot on-site software/hardware.
- Resolve higher-level support to servers or network equipment and perform updates.
- Act as liaison to lead problem resolution and change management.
- Perform data transfers or build images as needed.
- Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware and business applications.
- Manage equipment installation in meeting rooms (projector, laptop, videoconference).
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
