Qualifications

• BSN required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and/or provides direct patient care on shift.
• Responds to patient emergencies as charge or lead for disasters.
• Collaborates with staffing office to adjust staff for census changes.
• Communicates census, staffing, admissions and discharges to oncoming Charge Nurse.
• Supports unit management with productivity and staffing.
