United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to join the Global Diversity & Inclusion team in Reston, VA. The role supports planning, coordination, and execution of D&I programs, BRGs, and external partnerships, with in-person work three days per week.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of experience, or 6–9 years in related roles. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Diversity and Inclusion principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate D&I programs, workshops, events, and logistics; track metrics and reporting.
• Support benchmarking activities, data collection, analysis, and action plan tracking.
• Provide admin support for BRGs; enable communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
