Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Resource Lead for its Engineering function in Reston, VA. The role focuses on staffing plans, redeployment, and data analytics to support project growth.

You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, project controls, and BD to optimize resource deployment. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience, with preference for HR processes, learning and development, and Power BI proficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred experience with HR processes and Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate agreements within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement staffing deployment for Infrastructure personnel and provide data analytics to monitor on-time staffing and future project planning.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, project managers and BD to ensure staffing needs are met and data is accurate.
• Create functional position descriptions and coordinate onboarding, training and mentorship across engineering functions globally.
