Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of administrative or HR intern/professional experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in fast-paced environments and ability to adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations investigations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HRIS for all employee life-cycle processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Serve as onboarding point of contact for new hires and support transitions.
