Job summary

Job Summary:

the company is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) team. This role plays a key part in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of D&I programs to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and strategic objectives. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, supporting the company Resource Groups (BRGs), Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, external partnerships, benchmarking efforts, and other activities that advance our D&I strategy.

This position is designated as part-time telework in accordance with the company's Global Telework Policy and requires a minimum of three days per week of in-person attendance at the assigned office or project location. Weekly in-person work schedules will be established collaboratively between the employee and supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Major Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
D&I Program Coordination
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) programs, workshops, and events. Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, participant registration, meeting support, and distribution of materials. Track and maintain program metrics, engagement data, and assist with reporting activities. Provide coordination and administrative support for strategic partnerships, including stakeholder engagement and relationship management activities. Support accessibility and inclusion initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements and organizational change.
Benchmarking and Assessment Support
  • Assist with the administration of external benchmarking assessments and recognitions, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and project coordination. Coordinate working groups, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities related to benchmarking and assessment efforts. Support the development and tracking of action plans to address assessment findings and advance organizational priorities.

  • Provide administrative support to the company Resource Groups (BRGs). Facilitate communication, collaboration, and information sharing between BRGs and business stakeholders across the organization. Assist in developing resources, tools, and engagement activities that strengthen BRG impact and member experience.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Diversity and Inclustion principles and practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail.
