Job summary

Bechtel seeks a Program Coordinator to join our Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) team. This role supports planning, coordination, and execution of D&I programs to align with organizational priorities, including BRGs, L&D initiatives, partnerships, benchmarking, and related activities.

This position is designated as part-time telework and requires at least three days per week of in-person attendance at the Reston, VA office. Schedules are set collaboratively with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years total experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of D&I programs, workshops, and events.
• Coordinate program logistics, scheduling, registration, and material distribution.
• Track metrics, engagement data, and assist with reporting activities.
• Support BRG engagement and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Assist in accessibility and inclusive initiative implementation.
