Qualifications

• Scheduling experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with database management and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information on ride orders and travel knowledge requests.
• Inform customers of fares, dates, times, delays and other needed information.
• Enter customer and trip information into scheduling systems.
• Assign trip times or notify customers when unavailable.
• Process orders, changes, cancellations, complaints and commendations per policy.
• Provide feedback on service failures or customer concerns.
