Job summary

PITT OHIO Express LLC in Williamsville, NY is seeking a part-time Operations Admin Customer Service team member for evening shifts. The role focuses on customer service, data entry, and coordination of freight-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will communicate with internal and external customers by phone, email and fax, handle invoicing, documentation, and support drivers and dock staff while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in transportation and/or customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of Haz-mat or workers' comp helpful.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and typing/ten-key skills.
• Night shift hours are required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external customers via telephone, email, and fax on freight charges, pickups, tracing, tracking, and PODs.
• Data entry tasks include scanning bills, P&D entry, fuel mileage, and related freight paperwork.
• Process invoices and monitor checks and cash for accounts receivable/payable.
• Assist with Haz-mat information for loads departing or arriving at the facility.
