Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Prepare customer quotations, process invoices, and assist with orders.
• Support sales and customer service by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Provide accurate uniform sizing and fittings for vests and uniforms.
• Replenish inventory and monitor floor stock.
• Maintain pricing and information in NetSuite.
• Use Excel and other Office apps for data entry, reporting, and records.
