Job summary

TRG in Westlake, Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the daily workflow of our large clients, collaborating with Customer Program Management and Operations.

You will manually enter data from customer systems, enter daily tickets, verify orders, track weekly deliverables, and assist warehouse staff with corrections. Strong attention to detail and timely communication with customers are essential. This role also involves SOP creation and ongoing system maintenance.

Qualifications

• Manual data entry from Customer System into TRG’s System.
• Verify accuracy and correct discrepancies with client team.
• Answer incoming customer calls and emails.

Responsibilities

• Manually enter daily tickets into the system.
• Ensure all daily orders are entered, charged, and completed correctly.
• Transfer information into Excel and import data into system.
• Create and update customer information to reflect updates to master list.
• Investigate incoming shipments without assigned information and create tickets to complete.
• Manually enter components that need to be deactivated.
• System maintenance, analysis and corrections.
• Assist the warehouse team with corrections; e.g., SKU updates.
• Scan and replace equipment for activations.
• Track inventory based on stock and obsolete equipment.
• Help create SOPs for processes associated with customer accounts.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
